We are a team of long time game developers and crypto enthusiasts aiming to create a decentralized and tokenized game platform running on blockchain.
We are excited to be able to innovate in game design using new ideas coming from crypto in our first project : HexedLand, an rpg social pvp game.
To participate in the project, you need to hold Hexed Coin (HEXED), it's where your adventure begins!
We are working on a first game as a proof of concept of what we want to build, it will be called Hexed Souls and will run 100% on chain. We will share the contract for anyone to fork and mod it.
Players can make their game items more valuable over time by using them in battles and adventures, earning prizes, collecting achievements and customizing them over time.

HEXED token holders are eligible to mint heros, aiming to distribute the currency fairly. It will also be used to buy cosmetics and game items but mainly as a liquid ticket to participate in a game tournaments/seasons.
How to get your NFT Hero Fighter?

Each Hero has a Starting Town, a Tarot Card (drawn from 666+ cards), six Character Traits (Primary/Secondary/Race Traits) and finally classic RPG stats.
What is decentralised ?
All Heroes stats, traits, names, towns and items are verifiable onchain, tarot cards and pictures are frozen in ipfs!
Heroes from index 0 to 66 (included) are members of the Council.
Heroes from index 66 to 666 are members of the Hexed Cult.
Heroes from index 666+ are members of the Hexed Guild.
Access to the DAO (will be involved in games balancing, inflation control and fund allocation)

We'll focus on the Council characters traits impact on the gameplay in priority so they will have usage in the games at the begining and will be more interesting to play.

There is no inflation of the supply unless the DAO votes to increase the initial 666+ with arbitrary conditions which can be decided by the DAO.
🕹- Games and projects:
We are planning to start with minimalistic rules and gameplay to ensure we grow slowly with the feedback of the community. Doing game design with crypto mechanics is a new field and will require experimentation and innovation.
We have a prototype for a game module with idle mechanics and a “Risk/Catan” flavor, it will probably be the game we will deploy for the first season or some minigames before that.
We are working on more experimental and innovative ideas inspired by traditional games like Reigns, Darkest Dungeon, Daggerfall, Runescape, the old school roguelikes, and crypto games like Dark Forest and Axie Infinity.
The end goal is to create multiple experiences while keeping a persistent and evolving universe/economy.
👀- Metaverse?:
The Heroes, Mounts and Castles you mint could be something else in another universe we (or anyone) would create later. Anyone can and is invited to build on top of our smart contracts.
You get complete ownership and right on your assets and are free to trade it as you want.
🌐 - Why on Blockchain?
We are not funded by any blockchain company, we just think it’s the best fit for our vision.
We are doing cool characters and innovative decentralized games. Our creations are fueled with AI insanities, procedural generation, and a touch of degeneracy.
Blockchain tech is the perfect solution for what we want to see happen.
🏰 - Hideouts:
Hideouts will be mintable soon and are coming free with each hero, their type and stats are revealed at mint time. They are necessary to play and are used as a stake.
Free but to mint a hideout but you need to stake 6 HEXED "in" the hideout.
If your hideout is captured during the current game season, you lose your stake and it goes to another player.
A hideout + an hero = a ticket to play.
Hideouts are NFTs and will be reusable over and over and gain special attributes, they are tradable if not engaged in a game.
🦄 - Mounts:
Mounts are cosmetics, they are revealed at mint time and arent necessary to play the games.
Each time you mint a mount or any cosmetic items half of the minting price is going to a "global prize pool".
This prize pool will be shared by the best players when they win game seasons.

Improved Client release, renaming/description features, social and trading features
Desktop/Android/iOs client release.
“Heroes of the HexLand” game season, 50 top players win, 20 days long, limited to 200 players.
Mid Term :
Multiple seasons and iterations on the games, each time a new season, heroes and other assets get new persistent traits between seasons.
Introducing consumables allowing the alteration of Heroes/Castle/Mounts etc
New assets type : Weapons, Land, Rings etc
More asset customisation.
More game modules using the new assets.
Long term :
3D mmorpg, 3D version of the Heroes and Castles.
Shared space, social app with avatars and voip.
Game with an other universe using the same assets, probably sci-fi.
